Shipping & Returns
Items ordered and paid for will ship after 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted in description of product. We primarily ship through Swiss Post. After leaving our facility, the Swiss Post typically delivers in 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.
If customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. Please note that international orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped because all orders must pass through customs and this time frame is out of our control.
Delivery is free for orders of CHF 100.00 or more. For orders of less than CHF 100.00, the following delivery charges apply:
Flat-rate charge for postage and packaging within CH: CHF 6.50.
Flat-rate charge for postage and packaging within Austria, Germany, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, United Kingdom, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden: CHF 9.00.
Flat-rate charge for postage and packaging within Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, San Marino, Serbia and Croatia: CHF 12.50.
Our deliveries are sent via Swiss Post.
Only products purchased on the KOSMIC website can be returned to kosmic-nature.ch for refund or exchange. Products purchased in a department store or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in color or consistency for example).
Should an item be damaged while it is being shipped to you, KOSMIC will provide you with an exchange. Return postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.
In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 10 days of receipt so KOSMIC can process any refund or exchange. Please contact 0041 76 275 46 42 or email to email@example.com in advance of your intentions to return or exchange a product, so that we can assist you properly.
We cannot accept returns that have been sent off without postage. Therefore, please do not send off your returns without affixing the appropriate postage. You are responsible for the cost of the return if the item delivered to you matches what you ordered.
